The consumption of pastries, bread and sweets begins to decline after the end of the tourist season.
With the decrease in the flow of foreign tourists and the departure of emigrants, the demand for bread, other dough products and pastry shops has begun to be felt.
Bakeries and confectionery manufacturers claim that in the first 2 weeks of September, demand has dropped by 20% compared to August, where there was a high increase in consumption influenced by the arrival of tourists.

Ndërsa në raport me muajin shtator 2022 kërkesa shfaqet e njëjtë. Sipas tyre në muajt e verës pati shtim të lartë të kërkesës për shkak të fluksit të madh të turistëve.
Situata paraqitet e njëjtë edhe në Tiranë. Nga “Caka Kompani” u tha se krahasuar me muajt e verës kërkesa për produktet e brumit shfaqet me rënie për shkak të largimit të turistëve. Edhe sipas këtij prodhuesi kërkesa nuk ka shënuar tkurrje krahasuar me të njëjtën periudhë të vitit të mëparshëm.
Sipas tij rritje më të lartë të kërkesës për produktet e brumit përgjatë stinës së verës pati në zonat bregdetare si Durrës dhe Lezhë. Deri në fund të muajit shtator parashikimet e operatorëve mbeten optimiste për shkak të kërkesës së lartë nga strukturat e hotelerisë. Për muajt në vazhdim prodhuesit nuk presin rritje të kërkesës, për shkak të largimit të popullatës.
Edhe nga përfaqësuesit e kompanisë “Nela” u pohua se në raport me muajt e verës kërkesa për produktet e brumit është ulur.
Më tepër shtim në shitje përgjatë sezonit turistik sipas shoqatës Bukës, Pastiçerive dhe Brumërave e patën dyqanet e produkteve fast food. Prodhuesit e bukës nënvizojnë se shitja e këtyre produkteve edhe gjatë muajit shtator vijon të jetë e lartë, pavarësisht largimit të turistëve.
