For politics to encourage knowledge and schooling

One of the biggest problems of our society is the discouragement of education.
It is a whole society that contributes in this direction, inculcating the model that does not come from school and knowledge.
Teenagers who grow up with false idols of street music and social networks, which, apart from promoting violence, aggression, banality and abnormality, have no other value.
Parents who nurture in their children the quick enrichment, which does not come through climbing the ladder of knowledge, but through crawling along the paths of ignorance and lawlessness.
Policy that does not promote models of success through a normal and deserved career, but only nurtures models of backstabbing, whose only 'value' is blind obedience to the next boss.
From intellectual, our politics has become more and more anti-intellectual, becoming the biggest enemy of knowledge, thought and people who articulate thought.
From a traditional family, which believed in values and hoped to raise children with the model of school and knowledge, in general, the Albanian family is in a deep crisis, seeing the school as a 'parking place' for a few hours during the day for the child, or as a springboard for getting a degree, 'since no one is left without school'.
Of course, there are exceptions to these models, but they are neither the merits of politics, nor of anyone else.
In this panorama that goes against knowledge and education, there are many students, young men and women, who believe in knowledge, believe in school, in knowledge and in the success that can come from them.
These are generally few in number. They are the wisest children, they are the most withdrawn boys and girls, from simple families that no one sits at their head morning and night to learn and sit down, no one spoils them, making them hostile to the teachers, but they 'care for themselves', as a blessing from God.
I have had the good fortune all these years to work with all kinds of children, from the most problematic teenagers to the poorest ones.
Of course, you can discover interesting and special things in each of them.
Their education is something complex that goes beyond school. For the best education, the cooperation of the family, school and other links of society is needed, including a good policy, which contributes to the increase of the quality of education in all its dimensions.
At the beginning of this educational year, there will be a lot of hypocrisy from politics, there will be a lot of congratulation and hiding the truth, running away from problems and not facing them, but such a thing will not only not serve the improvement of the state of our school, but it will deepen the problems even more.
On the other hand, we will have teachers who will feel pressured and afraid of the workplace, will not make public the worries and problems they encounter in their daily lives, who, more than for the general good, they will think about the individual one, according to the principle 'let's be careful that these take away the bread of their mouths'.
Only facing the problems of the Albanian school truthfully and realistically can contribute to the improvement of its condition.
Only a broad, nationwide discussion, without prejudice and without fear of punishment and retaliation, can save the school from the bankruptcy of its mission.
