Albania had a fairly good tourism recovery after the pandemic period. During the last year, our country was visited by 7.5 million tourists, this number is many times higher compared to 2019.

"The addition of low cost companies in Albania increased and doubled the number of cities from which the mast is flown compared to 2019. The more the number of immigrants who were born in Albania and receive residence documents abroad increases, the more the more we are added the number of those tourists, let's say foreigners but of Albanian origin and nationality, who come to Albania" - said Besnik Vathi, tourist operator.

Our country has aroused interest to be visited by foreigners and it is expected that this year will exceed the number of tourists who were registered for 2022.

Compared to 2021, there was a 32% increase in foreign nationals who came to our country. Albania's natural beauties have often made headlines in foreign media, as must-visit destinations. Meanwhile, history, traditions and low prices increase the curiosity to come to Albania.
