Adriatik Berisha, the now deceased Haxhi Thaçi's doctor, has spoken about the report that was sent to the Special Court and that enabled Hashim Thaçi to visit his father last week.
Berisha said he told Haxhi Thaçi that he would “bring him a guest.” He said he did not have the right to submit a request, but he did make a detailed report.
"I have issued a detailed medical report that shows the patient's condition, professionally correct and based on facts that spoke of the patient's serious condition," he said.
