The opposition does not stop! Berisha announces the date for the next national protest

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, today publicly announced the date for the opposition's next national protest, the sixth in a row, where he declared that the regime of Edi Rama's government, "which has been transformed into a criminal organization," will be overthrown.

"The latest act with the new Slobodan, Vučić, is a call for the patriotism of every Albanian wherever he is. He has transformed Albania into a dangerous place for the nation and its future, for his power, and therefore we must respond to him in the strongest possible way. The 12th (March) is the next uprising. Therefore, I call for us to unite against the head of this criminal organization," he said today (March 4) during a meeting with the DP Parliamentary Group.

In his speech, Berisha accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of becoming a sworn anti-Albanian after uniting with Vučić and Belgrade, undermining Albania's integration into the EU.

"A civilized and responsible person can never accept being governed by a godfather who steals from him and then tells him that theft is not a crime. It is for the citizen, but not for the statesman and the official. I appeal to the citizens, to their conscience, it has never happened, no occupier has made such a law and now he has brought the shield of Belgrade forward. Now he tells us that we do not need Brussels but we need Belgrade. He is openly turning into an anti-Albanian, there is no nation in the world that would tolerate a man like this, ever," he said.
