MP Dash Sula writes a letter to the people: We have put ourselves in the third place, we are fighting for you!

A day after the fierce tensions between the opposition and the majority, in the Presidency of the Assembly, where the Secretariat of Ethics was gathered, comes a reaction from the democratic deputy, Dashnor Sula.
In a reaction on his official page on the social network "Facebook", Sula, addressing the Albanian citizens, emphasizes that a new reality has started in the Assembly.
Among other things, Sula added that the democrats have left the political future as a third plan, while they have started the action to take care of those who voted for them.
SUL'S REACTION
Directed to the citizens of Albania.
Dear democrats, socialists and you citizens who do not support any of these parties. As you already know, there is a new reality in the Assembly and Parliament. Normally some have embraced this attitude of ours and some have not.
In this letter addressed to all citizens of the country, I want to clarify why we have reached this point and where we want to go.
Two years ago, due to our internal problems, the group of opposition MPs broke up into several parts. Our clashes with each other received attention in the Parliament and the Assembly while those who administered our taxes, all of us who live in Albania quietly followed the bargains at the expense of the future of our children.
Finally, we called about 50 legislators to their senses and reflected. We have left our political future in the third place and below, and thank God we are back on the path to take care of those who voted for us and those who did not vote for us but who have no hope even in the government.
We have decided to do our role as a law maker, and as a controller of the government.
In this context, we requested and are requesting 3 investigative commissions.
1- For intervention in the TIMS system
2- For Concessions in Health
3- About the conflict of interests.
The first commission is related to a very serious problem that has also worried the international community. After the "Metamorfoza" file where the "secure" communications system revealed the connection of the crime with the highest police leaders. But this is considered the tip of the iceberg. It is said that even politicians are affected by them. And while this concern existed, the TIMS State Police system, which has the data of entries and exits from Albania, was illegally interfered with.
Just as we did with the Incinerators scandal, we want to do the same with this one, to bring money, to contribute a little to justice to investigate and find out if there is a legal violation. (This is given to us by the law but arbitrarily denied by the SP)
We ask the same for concessions in health. We all suffer every time we or one of our relatives goes to a hospital. The problems are numerous. And we want to scan this. Are there violations in the concessions given, how can the service in hospitals be improved. The law gives us this right, but SP denies it without meaning.
- We also request an investigation of the documents for conflict of interest for the tenders that have been awarded. The media have reported on tenders that certain directors give to their private companies. While the works are not even done at all and our money that we pay every month and more is not known where it goes. The law also gives us this opportunity, but this majority denies it, contrary to the decision of the Constitutional Court.
In violation of the laws, SP MPs defended a colleague, but SPAK seized her properties in the south.
Another demand of ours is Electoral Reform.
Every international organization, every diplomatic headquarters, the first message it gives is that the electoral reforms are done in broad political consensus. But the majority will choose their own political opponent and will do what they want with a small group of fellow MPs who must be taken with a reservation even the representation they have in the electorate. Meanwhile, the majority rejects the will of the opposition group with nearly 50 deputies.
These are all rights that the law guarantees to an opposition, but that this majority violates with arrogance. Of course, in an abnormal situation provoked by the majority, there can be no normal response.
Therefore, we in the opposition parliamentary group have decided to block any parliamentary activity that advances the goals of this majority to make grapes and plums for the money of Albanian citizens.
If the majority reflects and returns to the tracks of legality, and meets all our legal and moral demands, then at the moment our opposition action also returns to normality.
We are not seeking to come to power without a vote, but we are seeking to exercise our activity for which the citizens have voted for us. And in order to defend the interest of the country's citizens, we will take every necessary step.
