Campaign opens, Belinda Balluku: On May 11th we will receive 11 mandates in Fier

The Socialist Party officially launched its electoral campaign for the general elections of May 11th today at "Skënderbej" Square in Tirana, under the slogan "Albania 2030 in the EU".
With a stage in the center featuring 12 stars symbolizing the 12 stars of the EU flag, the electoral event began with the presentation of candidates for MPs in 12 districts, accompanied by performances of traditional songs and dances.
The political leader of the Socialist Party in the Dibra region, Blendi Klosi, expressed his belief that the Socialist Party will be voted for massively in this region.
"The Socialist Party is a party with 100,000 party members, a party that receives 1 million votes, which wins elections because it has all of you with it, which is led by Edi Rama, the visionary who transformed Albania into a country ready to enter the EU," said Klosi.
According to him, "this large square is a symbol of the transformation of European Albania."
"The Dibra region will massively vote for the SP in these elections. We strongly believe in this political force that has a lot of organization, spirit and above all a leader who does what he promises ," he said.
The political leader of the Socialist Party in the Fier region, Belinda Balluku, in her speech at the opening of the SP campaign in "Skënderbej" Square, stated that this mandate is needed to lead Albania into the European Union.
"All of Albania will vote for the Socialist Party. There is nothing more beautiful when we all come together, when we create this energy that goes to the foundations of Albania to strengthen them and to move this country forward as only Edi Rama knows how."
We are seeking a fourth mandate, a fourth mandate seems like a lot for those who throw mud at us every day, but this is the mandate of the Albanians, this is the mandate that will fulfill an agreement that Edi Rama signed with the Albanian people in 2013, to take Albania once and for all to Europe, to make Albanians members of the EU as they deserve. Now is the time for Albanians to join that table that is their natural table", said Balluku.
Balluku added that "the Fier region has a target of 10 mandates of deputies to seat in the hall of the Albanian parliament. As comrade Gramoz told me this morning, 11 mandates are expected from us. With Edi Rama at the helm, there is nothing stopping us."
