Endri Tafani: A woman will take power from Berisha! Here's the name!

In an interview on the Dekalog show with Roland Qafokun on DritareTV, analyst Endri Tafani commented on the current situation in the Democratic Party, emphasizing the lack of new leaders with the courage to take the helm of the party.
According to Tafani, while many male figures within the DP seem to have remained silent, two women have shown their willingness to challenge Sali Berisha: Alesia Balliu and Evi Kokolari. Tafani noted that they have shown courage that no one else has had:
"There are only two women who have had the courage to speak out. There has been no man who has had this courage... This should make everyone reflect," Tafani said.
The analyst added that Berisha's insistence on maintaining control of the DP, at the age of 82, makes it clear that he cannot be the future of the party:
“It is more than clear that Berisha cannot be the future of the DP. He is at an age that does not allow him to handle such a dynamic position as party leader in such a challenging time,” Tafani stressed.
He also commented on the lack of new leaders and the dynamics within the party:
“There are no men in the sense of people taking on their own political responsibilities. They are used to growing up in the shadow of the president, and they do not have the courage or confidence in their own abilities to lead the party,” Tafani said.
The analyst also argued that this situation strengthens Edi Rama’s position in power:
"Berisha's insistence on maintaining control of the DP is what helps Rama stay in power. It would be good if Berisha left and paved the way for new leaders," Tafani said.
