Irsida Shehi: On May 11th, we are not simply electing a party, but a new Albania

The candidate of the Euro-Atlantic Coalition in the Tirana District, Irsida Shehi, represents the voice of a new generation that seeks to fundamentally change Albanian politics. “On the one hand, we have an old and worn-out caste that roams through the doors of SPAK, on ​​the other hand, we are honest young people who meet citizens on the streets,” Shehi writes in one of her reactions.
She emphasizes that Albania is divided into two incompatible realities: “One side seeks to save itself, we seek to save Albania.” Support for the US and international allies, according to her, is vital to get the country out of the siege of a modern dictatorship.
