"Metamorphosis" of Edi Rama is Luftar Hysa

When MCN television published the photos of Luftar Hysa leaving Edi Rama's office, both immediately reacted publicly. Mr. Hysa went to Blendi Fevzi's Opinion show, stating that the purpose of his visit to the Prime Minister was artistic.

But this version of the prime minister did not last long. The day before, when asked by Rai Tre journalists if he had met Luftar Hysa, Edi Rama had a different attitude. This time the media were no longer scum and the prime minister was no longer so convinced of the purity of Mr. Hysa.

However, this was not the only refutation of the prime minister regarding that meeting. In front of Rai journalists, Mr. Rama admitted that the reason for Luftar Hysa's visit to his office was the casino license.
"There is an investment of a Vlora family, who are very well known in Vlora. is a 5-star hotel, Marina Bay, one of the most beautiful in Albania. And one day they called me. I was told that this acquaintance of ours is a cousin who lives in Mexico and will help us operate the casino. I said very well, come on. They came to my office, I met them. I was told if there were any legal restrictions and asked for general information on the feasibility of the casino. I told them that we have a simple law. To encourage 5-star hotels, which were not in Albania, we made a tax relief package and gave them the right to have a casino. They had this 5-star structure and it was automatically given to them," the Prime Minister stated in the Report.
