Olsi Rama sued Gazment Bardhi, accusing him of being involved in the drug laboratory in Xibrakë

Olsi Rama, the brother of Prime Minister Edi Rama, has today criminally charged Berisha's deputy Gazmend Bardhi, related to the accusations of his involvement in knowing and favoring a criminal group.
In his complaint, Olsi Rama says that the defamation is a perverse fabrication with the aim of manipulating public opinion, for weak political motives.
Here's the full lawsuit:
Today, I filed a complaint with SPAK about the shameless deputy Gazmend Bardhi, who has publicly violated my public honor and dignity, as an individual, parent and manager of a well-known football club, by inventing a totally non-existent connection between me and a group of traffickers drugs.
The fact that the honorable gentleman has taken it upon himself to accuse me of being a drug trafficker, simply and solely because I am the brother of a political opponent, whom they have tried in vain to defeat for years now, leaving no member of our family without attacked with the dirty language of slander, demands answers! Not just from me, but from justice!
I am not a politician and I have no other connection with politics, except as a voter of my brother like hundreds of thousands of others, and the main reason for my early disgust with politics is precisely the return of defamation to a normality of public life. I really wish that SPAKU, in which I, along with many others, have faith, as something different in the persecution of justice for so many years, does not take my complaint to the big bin of this absurd normality, which is completely destroying the elementary basis of faith in the word and the truths of this country. So it is destroying society itself and irreparably blowing up the foundations of youth education.
I am all available to investigate what the impudent MP calls evidence of my belonging to a criminal group of drug traffickers, while I cannot call it anything other than slander of a perverse fabrication for the purpose of manipulating public opinion, for weak political motives.
To put it bluntly, there cannot be two truths here and either I must go to prison as a trafficker or Gazmend Bardhi must be prosecuted and punished as fabricating evidence to the detriment of me, my children, and the "Partizani" football club. of my friends and acquaintances.
The solidarity of the latter during these days makes me happy, but it is not enough for me. Society must know the truth and must learn from justice. Albania cannot have a prime minister whose brother is a drug trafficker who moves freely around Tirana. If even just one honest Albanian is deceived by this masquerade and believes this madness, which even the charlatan who threw it into the bazaar of gossip does not believe, this is enough for justice not to remain silent, underestimating the weight of this infamy as neither the first nor the last.
Someone, sometime, something, must be blamed for this national shame, unmatched by any country in Europe - where people with mandates from the people, with a microphone on the screen or with an internet portal lie and fabricate as much as they breathe - to be struck by the truth of the new justice.
If it is really new of course!
With hope, Olsi Rama
