
Elections/ SP goes to 83 mandates, DP drops to 50, Chance gets second mandate

With 64 ballot boxes left to be counted, the national tally has changed. The Socialist Party has risen to 83 seats, while the Democratic Party-Alliance for a Greater Albania has dropped to 50. The Opportunity Party has also won a second term.
The Social Democratic Party has received three mandates, while the Albania Becomes Initiative of Adriatik Lapaj and the Together Movement of Arlind Qori have received one mandate each.
The Socialist Party of Albania (SP) is the winner with 760,242 votes or 52.2% of the total votes.
The Democratic Party – Alliance for a Greater Albania (DP-ASHM) coalition ranks second with 495,716 votes or 34.1%.
The Nisma Albania Becomes Coalition (NISMA-SHB) received 54,447 votes, taking third place with 3.7% of the total votes.
