Pie with onions and tomatoes

Ingredients :
4 cups flour
1 cup lukewarm water
1 cup milk
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 kg onion
1 kg tomatoes
Oil for frying
Mint
Salt, pepper
Preparation :
Activate the yeast with a glass of lukewarm water and a glass of lukewarm milk. Mix well and add the flour little by little, kneading the dough until it becomes elastic. Place it in a bowl and let it rest for about 30-40 minutes. Once the dough has risen, knead it for 30 seconds to shape it and cut it into 3 large balls. In a large pan, sauté the chopped onions with a little salt. Once the onion is softened, add the tomatoes, let them soften and adjust the taste with salt and spices. Open the first large sheet of dough, place the filling, open the second sheet of dough, place the filling and spray it with oil. Open the third sheet of dough and cover the sides with the first sheet of dough. Spray it with oil and place it in the oven at 200 degrees until the pie is baked.
