Cabbage with nettles
Cabbage with nettles is undoubtedly one of the most special dishes in Albanian cuisine. A recipe that amazes every person who tries traditional cuisine.

Ingredients
2 cups of tea corn flour
1 kg of nettles
2 tablespoons of curd
1 egg
2 cups of coffee milk
2 cups of coffee butter or oil
salt, mint.

GUIDELINES

Wash the nettles well with cold water, press them a little by wrapping them with a napkin so they don't burn, finely chop them, boil them, drain them and sauté them in a little oil.
After removing them from the heat, add curd, milk, eggs, salt, and mint.

Put the sifted corn flour and lukewarm water, fat and salt in a pot and make a dough of medium thickness.
Spread the dough on a greased pan and pour the prepared nettles on top.
On them we throw a layer of flour by hand, which we wet with water, sprinkle with fat and bake in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for about half an hour.
