Ingredients:
4 servings of meat of your choice
2 bunches of fresh mint
2 medium onions
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt, black pepper to taste
Preparation:
First, sauté the divided portions of meat for a few minutes. Then, in the same fat, sauté the onion cut into small cubes. Help soften it with a little salt and water. Place the pieces of meat, adding a little warm water. Add a little black pepper and let the meat simmer until completely tender. Check the taste for salt and finally add the fresh mint.
