Roasted lamb in yogurt

Ingredients:
▪ 1 kg of lamb meat from the shoulders,
▪ 400 ml of yogurt,
▪ 800 ml of water,
▪ 250 g of rice,
▪ 5 eggs,
▪ 1 spoon of mixed spices,
▪ oil, salt, ground black pepper
Preparation:
Put the water in the pot and put the lamb to boil.
Put the cleaned rice in a fireproof container in advance and extract water from the boiling water of the meat.
Add the mixed spices and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Break the eggs with a fork, add the yogurt and combine.
Take the casserole dish out of the oven, arrange the cooked meat over the rice and add the egg and yogurt mixture.
Return the container to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes at the same temperature.
Serve the dish warm.
