Turli with seasonal vegetables

Ingredients:

2 medium onions
4-6 cloves of garlic
2 medium potatoes
1 bunch of cauliflower
1 pumpkin
2 peppers
2 eggplants
1 carrot
2 tomatoes
1/2 cup tomato puree
Salt and black pepper
Olive oil
Parsley

Preparation:

Cut the onions into half moons and saute them with a little salt and a little sugar. Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into medium cubes. Add the potato after the onions and then the carrot. We put the lid on and leave them in their moisture. Dilute the sauce with water, add spices and put it in the pot together with the other vegetables. At the end, we put a tomato where we stuck some cloves. Adjust the taste with spices and salt, as well as aromatic plants.
