15 programs risk not opening this academic year at the University of Elbasan. They are programs that are not considered closed but are not opened in the first years.

This is because by law for a program to be closed there must be 0 students in its three years.

Meanwhile, about 20,000 students will sit for the first time in the university benches.

On the other hand, the Agricultural University of Tirana has managed to receive more students this year. Unlike last year, this year the Agricultural University did not risk closing any study branch.
