For the first time since independence, a Serb will lead the Bosnian national team

Bosnia and Herzegovina appoints a Serbian coach in charge of the national football team, for the first time since 1995, when the war ended and independence from Serbia was achieved.
The Bosnians have decided to entrust the bench to former Serbian striker Savo Milosevic, who has officially signed and will debut on October 13, in the transfer to Lichtenstein.
The 50-year-old Milosevic has a lukewarm career as a coach, having previously managed Partizan Belgrade and Olimpija Ljubjana, while as a footballer he has played for clubs such as Aston Villa, Parma, Zaragoza, Espanyol, Celta Vigo, etc.
It is worth noting that since 1995, Bosnia has been coached by 13 local coaches, two Croatians and one Bulgarian, while Milosevic became the first Serb to sit at the head of the Bosnian bench.
Bosnia & Herzegovina declared independence in the spring of 21992, but for three years in a row Serbia and Slobodan Milosevic committed great massacres, disagreeing with its independence./ SuperSport
