PSG celebrated its 13th Ligue 1 championship title, but without...

Unlike last season, when they lost to Toulouse at the end of the championship (1-3, on May 12, 2024) and did not really benefit from the celebrations of their previous title, PSG last night celebrated their thirteenth title as they should have.
Their stunning victory against Auxerre (3-1, 0-1 at half-time) this Saturday kicked off a two-week period that all Parisian fans hope will be unforgettable with two finals to come.
But before facing Reims on May 24 in the Coupe de France, and then Inter on May 31 in Munich in the Champions League epilogue, the Parc des Princes was given a "brilliant performance", as the announcer announced after the final whistle.
As the players congratulated each other and went to briefly greet their fans, dozens of small hands were busy pointing from the platform in the center of the field. It was on this deck that DJ Michaël Canitrot, wearing a PSG jersey, took his place half an hour later, to continue with his turntables after a lyrical and captivating introduction by the mezzo-soprano Marina Viotti, the voice of the Olympic Games and winner of a Grammy award.
With the lights off in the stands but their phones on, the singer charmed the ultras as much as the many VIPs gathered in the stands (Franck Dubosc, Julien Clerc, Ophélie Meunier, Gringe, Théo Curin, Arnaud Assoumani…) and former club figures (Nikola Karabatic, Thierry Omeyer, Jérôme Rothen, Bernard Mendy, Grégory van der Wiel, Robin Leproux, Alain Cayzac and Francis Graille) by leading them "on the road to victory".
Electro sounds, lasers and fireworks, as usual…
The electronic sound that permeated the speakers, harmoniously accompanied by red and blue laser effects, was reinforced by perfect dancers. Then, the legendary cheers of the fans, modernized, echoed in a finale worthy of July 14. A gigantic display of fireworks was launched simultaneously from the ground and the roof of the stadium. A habit that Paris never tires of, given the extraordinary explosion of joy that the final bouquet caused.
After a first spot dedicated to Ousmane Dembélé as the top scorer in Ligue 1 (21 goals), a new video summarizing the Parisians' season was broadcast on giant screens. Then the heroes returned to the golden path that led to the stage. Starting with the technical staff, led by coach Luis Enrique, who received a standing ovation.
Row after row, the players were introduced, their names chanted before they received their medals. It was hard to tell them apart when it came to applause. But Gianluigi Donnarumma, Presnel Kimpembe, Dembélé, Désiré Doué and captain Marquinhos, who arrived only at the end of the procession, stood out.
PSG celebrated their 13th Ligue 1 championship title, but without
In the conspicuous absence of the president of the League (LFP) Vincent Labrune, a close friend of Nasser al-Khelaïfi, it was the PSG coach who presented the new trophy in the form of a 1 – which replaces the old "Hexagoal" – to the Brazilian player. The scenes of collective joy that followed, to the sounds of the song "One More Time" by Daft Punk, are well known to those who know the country.
The French champions completed a lap of honour, pausing for the longest time as usual at the end of the Auteuil bend, before being joined by their families. But the euphoria and collective delirium would have to wait. It was necessary to hold on a little longer, in case the C1 finally decided to choose Paris as its destination.
