2 archaeological sites in Kruja declared cultural immovable property

The Council of Ministers today approved the decision to declare "immovable cultural property" of archaeological areas A and B of the city of Kruja.
According to the law "On Cultural Heritage and Museums", as amended, upon the proposal of the Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation, the Council of Ministers decided to approve the zoning of archaeological zones "A" and "B" of the city of Kruja, according to the coordinates and zoning map in the Albanian Geodetic Reference Framework (KRGJSH), as well as the approval of the plan for their preservation, protection and administration.
The State Cadastre Agency is charged with the registration of this decision, in accordance with Law No. 111/2018, "On the Cadastre", and the by-laws in force, while the State Authority for Geospatial Information will publish the maps of archaeological zones "A" and "B" of the city of Kruja on the National Geoportal.
This decision enters into force upon publication in the "Official Gazette"
