An operation carried out by the SPAK special prosecutor's office, with the help of the Elbasan police, was aimed at arresting the man most wanted by Albanian justice, Talo Çela.
The police intervention for the capture of Talo Çela, accused of several serious incidents, was carried out in the area between the villages of Sinaballaj and Karrinë in Rrogozhina.
Through the documents provided by "Ora News" in the "Dumani" file, it is shown that the action of SPAK and the prosecutor's office of Elbasan took place in two apartments.
The police and SPAK had received information on the operative route that Talo Çela was hiding in the apartment of Lefter J. and Besnik J, who live in the same area where he has stayed with his family for many years and the prosecutor's associate, Nuredin Dumani.
The information that Talo Çela is hiding right in the area of the village of Duman, has led the prosecution to carry out a "BLIC" control in the hope of catching Çela.
During the checks, no illegal items and no traces of Talo Çela were found, without bringing any results.
The police intervention in this area of Rrogozhina is carried out at a time when there are media rumors that Talo Çela may have been killed.
But SPAK and the prosecutor's office of Elbasan have been investigating Talo Çela's files for more than two years, although he has never been caught by the criminal police.
