Agron Neza in SPAK about the "McGonigal" affair, journalist Klodiana Lala reveals details from the testimony

Journalist Klodiana Lala, invited to a television program, commented on Agron Neza's appearance today in SPAK regarding the "McGonigal" case.

Lala said that Neza appeared at SPAK today to give explanations as a person with knowledge about the McGonigal scandal.

According to her, this case is still being handled carefully in SPAK and the prosecutors themselves are unclear about some aspects of the case, for which a decision has not yet been made even in the USA.

She revealed that Neza was asked what his contacts were with the former FBI counterintelligence chief, where he found the money he gave him, as well as the contacts the former official made during his time in Albania.

" Agron Neza appeared today at SPAK at around 12 o'clock to give explanations as a person who has knowledge about the McGonigal scandal that broke out first in the USA and then in Albania. It has not been acknowledged by SPAK that there is an investigation, but the latter was set in motion by a report by Gazment Bardhi.

I cannot say many details with what Neza stated today, as many aspects of the file are unclear even for the prosecutors who have asked for help in the USA. There are two indictments from the USA, one is about the violation of the Russian oligarch Deripaska and the case that connects him with Albania is expected to be decided in February.
