Triple accident on the Shupenza-Maqellara axis, one person seriously injured

A car accident occurred on the Shupenza-Maqellarë road segment, where three vehicles collided, one of which had Bulgarian license plates.

According to preliminary information, the vehicle with Bulgarian license plates was traveling towards Tirana with a family, while the vehicles collided head-on. As a result of the collision, the driver of an "Audi" vehicle was seriously injured and was urgently transported to the Bulqiza hospital for medical assistance.

Police services have arrived at the scene, and are conducting investigative actions to clarify the causes and circumstances of the accident, as well as to manage road traffic in this segment.
