Shkodra Police have destroyed 16,755 cannabis plants, while they have also seized 320 kg of cannabis branches with buds, cut and in the process of drying.

Following the police operation codenamed "Coordinates", and as a result of intensive controls throughout the territory of the Shkodra district, the services of the Shkodra Local Police Directorate and subordinate police stations, in cooperation with the Tirana Rapid Intervention Forces, deployed for several days in this district, have found and destroyed:

The services of the Malësi e Madhe Police Commissariat during a search of the grounds of the Kastrat administrative unit found and destroyed 429 suspected Cannabis Sativa plants.
The services of the Vau i Dejës Police Commissariat during a search in the territory of the administrative units of Shllak and Temal found and destroyed 474 suspected Cannabis Sativa plants.
Work continues to identify, capture and bring to justice the perpetrators of these cases of cultivation of narcotic plants.
The anti-cannabis operation "Coordination" continues with high intensity.
