Pilaf with raisins and chicken breast

Ingredients:

2 cups rice
3 cups butter
6 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion
2-3 cloves garlic
1 cup
raisins 3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon allspice
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

After cleaning the meatballs, cut them into four pieces each, wash them, drain them well, and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Melt the butter and once it is hot, add the meatballs to lightly fry them along with the thinly sliced onion and garlic. Once they are golden brown, add the flour, allspice, and washed raisins. Mix everything together 2–3 times with a wooden spoon so that the flour is well combined with the ingredients. Adjust the taste with salt, pour in warm water, put the lid on, and let it simmer over low heat until the meat is tender and the liquid thickens into a smooth sauce. In the meantime, prepare the pilaf, add the washed rice to boiling salted water, and after it has boiled for half the time, drain it. Then rinse it with cold water, drain it again, and mix it lightly so that it separates grain by grain, making a dry, round pilaf. When the meat is ready, remove it from the pot and place it in the middle of the pilaf in the shape of a small hill. Garnish the plate with a few raisins and pour the prepared sauce on top and serve warm.
