Meçan Zotaj, a former KLA fighter, said in an interview for Euronews Albania that since the KLA war until today, Albania has done very little and has often done a lot of harm to Kosovo.
Zotaj said that the biggest kick they have tried to give not only to Kosovo but to the entire Albanian nation is Open Balkan.
" Kosovo has a more developed electoral system for leaders, but in Albania politicians have damaged Kosovo more. The biggest blow they have tried to give to Kosovo is Open Balkan. The blows that Kosovo has received in meetings in different countries, the criticism until Serbia became a stabilizing factor in the Balkans, while Kosovo as a more complex country. These are blows that leave a mark on international opinion ," said Zotaj.
