In his testimony, one of the boys claims that there were always arguments between them and that Xhemali did not let his wife go to her mother.
They had argued about this fact one night before the mother of 4 children drank poison, ending her life.
A chilling detail is the fact that the boy says that a year ago, his father called his mother and said: "I'm going to make you kill yourself."
" Mom and dad always had arguments with each other and did not have a good relationship. They always argued, even the day before my mother died, the day before she drank poison, she had a strong argument, because she didn't allow my mother to go to my grandmother's house, and she started cursing and insulting my mother. The debate that night lasted from about 19:00 until 23:00. When my father was in Greece, almost a year ago, he called my mother on her cell phone and they told her that I will make you kill yourself, remember. The reason for this action was that my mother was very threatened and offended by my father. My mother has had frequent conflicts with my father ," the testimony says.
The argument of one night before the serious event is also confirmed by the couple's eldest daughter, who confesses that she had talked on the phone with her mother. "She told me that we are still arguing... I said yes, so let that talk and sew, well no, mom told me, it's fine that I sew", the girl confesses in her testimony.
" They haven't had a good relationship with each other for a year, they've been arguing since February 2023... because my grandmother had a thrombosis and my father wouldn't let my mother visit my grandmother. My mother has been very emotionally and psychologically burdened and many times she expressed that she would end her life because she said she was tired. The last communication I had with my mother... was at around 10:30 p.m. and... and she told me that she was still arguing... I said yes, so let that conversation go and shut up, well no, mom told me, I'll shut up. Sometime in September 2023, mom ... found dad ... some letters in French that were sent by a ... woman ... she was a French woman and she communicated with my brother and told him that she had an affair with Xhemal ... this has was a reason that killed my mother very psychologically" , she says.
Allegations of extramarital affairs, at least according to what the children say, appear to have been on both sides.

I ka thanë mamit lloj-lloj fjalësh, i ka thënë do të vras… e ka ofenduar me fjalë të rënda … e ka goditur mamin me grushta dhe me shkelma”, “më datë 1 janar, pas vitit të ri … babi është zënë përsëri me mamin sepse i thoshte se nuk do shkosh te … daja im … dhe të gjyshja ime … ka qenë ora rreth 22:00 deri rreth orës 23:00 ku babi duke bërtitur e ulëritur i thoshte që s’ke për të shku”, “babi im e shante e ofendonte me fjalët nga më të ndyrat… i thoshte që ke dashnor, i thoshte që ty të ka kap vëllai jot dhe se ti shkon nëpër hotele me atë (dajën)”, tregon ai.
Edhe djali tjetër i mitur rrëfen për të njëjtën situatë në familje. Madje ky i fundit rezulton edhe ai që e dokumentoi dhunën në fjalë, pasi i bënte video prindërve teksa ziheshin dhe ia çonte të motrës së martuar duke i kërkuar ndihmë:
“Ato gjithmonë ziheshin me njëri tjetrin”, si dhe “unë kam bërë me celularin tim ca video dhe ia kam çuar motrës sime ku i thosha ia ça po bën mami me babin, i thosha hajde se po zihen”, duke theksuar “unë kam një telefon “Samsung” … dhe me këtë celular unë kam bërë video dhe ia kam çuar motrës kur babi u zinte me mamin”, si dhe “telefoni im është në polici … e ka marrë babi… dhe ka thënë që është i veti”.
Edhe për vëllezërit e së ndjerës, vetëvrasja e saj ka ardhur “vetëm prej dhunës së bashkëshortit të saj Xhemal Loka”. “Ato i kanë patur marrëdhëniet shumë keq… atë gjë e ka ditur shumë mirë mbesa ime Rozalinda … mendoj se Rozalinda e di mirë historinë e kësaj pune, por ajo nuk tregon menjëherë se normalisht i vjen keq për babain e saj”, shprehet njëri prej tyre, ndërsa tjetri shton “motra ime i ka pasur shumë keq marrëdhëniet … me burrin e saj. Madje edhe ditën e ngjarjes Xhemali e ka dhunuar motrën time”.
Për prokurorinë, “edhe nga këto deklarime të fëmijëve provohet fakti që marrëdhëniet ndërmjet bashkëshortëve nuk kanë qenë marrëdhënie normale, por janë karakterizuar nga një gjendje konfliktuale e vazhdueshme, e shkaktuar nga sjellja e bashkëshortit Xhemal Loka karshi saj, sjellje kjo e shoqëruar herë pas here edhe me veprime të dhunës fizike ndaj saj, për të cilat, ajo nuk ka parashtruar asnjë njoftim apo kallëzim penal para institucioneve ligjzbatuese, sjellje kjo që ka sjellë një gjendje psikologjike të rënduar të të ndjerës, ç’ka e ka çuar atë drejt ndërmarrjes së veprimit fatal të vetëvrasjes nëpërmjet konsumimit të lëndës së dyshuar fotoksinë”.

" While on 05.01.2023, citizen Xhemal Loka was accompanied to the Durrës Police Station, "an amount of money of 2,800 Euros and 27,000 Lek was found with him", the amount in cash, which was seized with the quality of material evidence. The disposal of this amount, taken in the context of the incident, has added to the suspicions that "this citizen was preparing to leave the country to hide from the investigative process related to this incident ", it is stated in the prosecutor's file.
In a serious psychological state, on January 2, Bedrie Loka drank poison and died a day later in the hospital.
For the incident, the police arrested her husband Xhemal Loka, who is accused of pushing his wife to commit suicide. During the house search, a weapon was also found in his possession, so the prosecution also accuses him of possession of a weapon without a permit.
The day before, the 45-year-old appeared before the court for the security measure. He denied the accusations and above all the violence against his wife. Convinced of the evidence it has, the prosecution requested a prison sentence and the court accepted it.
A few hours later, during the afternoon, some videos filmed by the couple's son were published in the media, showing exactly the violence that Xhemal Loka used against his wife.
