"Partizani" file/ Hearing at the GJKKO, Jamarbër Malltezi accuses prosecutors: They are politics!

This Monday, the "Partizani" case hearing will be held at the Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Court.

It is learned that today the defense will present facts to refute the SPAK accusation. Jamarbër Malltezi also spoke at the session, reading 200 pages of objections.

"It is not a criminal prosecution, but a political persecution. There is a violation of international conventions. Since 1215, Magna Carta prohibited baseless accusations and convictions without facts. Today we have such a situation. Enkeleda Millonai was appointed by Taulant Balla, who filed the file on behalf of the Socialist Party. Prosecutor Arben Kraja was a State Security investigator. I was one of the students who opposed the communist system because it robbed citizens of their property and as such he cannot be objective in this trial," he said.

For her part, Millonai has requested that she be cautioned because the object of this trial is not an accusation against prosecutors.

The court grants SPAK the right, prohibiting the defendant, Jamarbër Malltezi, from using terms that are not related to the subject of the trial.

Earlier, the GJKKO prohibited Malltez from addressing SPAK prosecutors as "political prosecutors".

This is also a fact," he said, pointing to the Greek newspaper that published the court's decision to sentence Irena Gjoka in the Hellenic state for falsifying documents. The General Prosecutor's Office, in its report to the Assembly, has stated that the decision with an apostille stamp proving that Irena Gjoka was convicted is authentic.
