Details of the SPAK investigation file, which hit the Rraja criminal group a few days ago, where Rexhep Rraja, the son of former socialist MP Rrahman Rraja, and his cousin, Përparim Rraja, ended up in handcuffs, have been revealed. According to the prosecution, the criminal group is suspected of 3 drug trafficking episodes, two of which involved marijuana, and one involving cocaine.
Regarding the trafficking of 475 kg of cocaine that was blocked in the Port of Vlissingen in the Netherlands, on November 23, 2020, it turns out that the main orderer and organizer is the suspect Ervis Shuli. It turns out that he communicated on Sky ECC with Përparim Rrajës, the cousin of former MP Rrahman Rraja, and that he included two kg of drugs in the cargo for his own account, as he knew that at that time Përparim was not doing well financially.
"Brother, I've been putting my money in your pocket, because I know it's not money, but don't start it," Shuli -Përparim Rrajë writes.
Next, he explains an argument with a person from Fushë Kruja, who did not pay for the cocaine.
"Where is that k.,.. Did he tell me I came to Albania. You're talking about that scoundrel. He told me I'm there, I'm with you. Now that the goods have been seized. It's been published in the newspaper. He wrote me a message that I met you and the deputy's son and you told him to look at what he did. That he wanted to take the money with him ," Shuli writes.
Rexhep Rraja, the son of the former MP, meanwhile turns out to be involved in the trafficking of 236 kg of marijuana, which was seized in a truck in Turkey on January 26, 2021.
Rexhep Rraja is suspected of having collaborated in this episode with Elton Bogdani, convicted by Turkish justice, Bujar Sefa, Agim Nina, and Jani Çavëm.
Përparim Rraja, Aldo Gjini, Gazmir Rraja, Martiv Bushati, and two unidentified persons. As it turns out in the file, Rexhep Rraja had the nicknames “XR1” New Sky and Nkëmb in Sky Ecc. Meanwhile, it is said that the narcotic substance was wrapped in aluminum foil and signs were placed on it to distinguish who the packages belonged to.
