The businessman Eduart Reçi, 52 years old, originally from Dibra, who was wounded by a gunshot wound on "Elbasan Street", passed away. The incident happened around 11:30 p.m. this Wednesday.
He was shot with a bullet in the head near a bar, near his apartment.
The victim Eduart Reçi, a 52-year-old businessman and owner of the ELGM company, was immediately sent to the Trauma Hospital with a serious head wound, in critical condition, and after a few hours he died.
Eduart Reci is known in the area for his construction activity, as he has built several buildings nearby.
Although the motives of the attack remain unclear, it is suspected that the assassin may have shot him from a long distance, as the security camera footage does not show the perpetrators, which raises doubts about how the attack was carried out.
