
Pacarok with cornmeal and spinach

Ingredients :
300 g corn flour
200 g spinach
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda or baking powder
500 ml hot water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
50 g white cheese
Preparation :
In a large bowl, mix the cornmeal with the salt and baking soda. Add the chopped spinach and mix well. Slowly add the hot water, stirring constantly until a homogeneous mass is created. Add the olive oil and various seeds. If desired, add the crumbled white cheese for a richer taste. Let the mass rest for 5-10 minutes. Heat a large frying pan and lightly grease it with oil. Pour the dough mixture into the pan, press it slightly to form a flat shape and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
