Defendant from SPAK, Bardh Spahia appears in the GJKKO!

The former mayor of Shkodra, Bardh Spahia, appeared before the Special Court this morning.
Spahiaka entered the courtroom at around 09:00, accompanied by his lawyer, to attend a preliminary hearing.
Spahia has been officially named a defendant by SPAK after being accused of "Abuse of Duty". He was reported to SPAK in 2022 by Mark Molla, former head of Shkodra Water Supply and Sewerage, for his dismissal from office in violation of the law and the appointment of a member of the FRPD in his place.
Bardh Spahia took office as mayor of Shkodra after winning the by-elections of March 6, 2022 with the Democratic Party. His mandate ended in 2023, when the next mayoral elections were held.
