SPAK's mega-operation, the "head" of the drug trafficking group is revealed!

SPAK has cracked down on a structured criminal group that was suspected of operating in the Kamza area in the field of drug trafficking and money laundering.

According to investigations, the group was allegedly led by brothers Abedin and Luciano Koceku, who have already been declared wanted.

Luciano Koceku is a well-known name in the business world.

He is the sole owner of the company "GAV Invest", founded in Tirana in October 2022. The company operates in the field of construction, design, civil, tourist and industrial investments, as well as in the hotel and services sector.

Luciano Koçek's name also became public in August 2024, when he was involved in a violent incident at a luxury resort in Palasa, an event that received widespread media attention.

Meanwhile, according to reports, the Koceku brothers have been living in Dubai for many years and the security measure of arrest issued by SPAK has not been executed.

As part of this operation, 20 security measures have also been issued, including 1% for businessmen connected to Belinda Balluku.
