Specialists from the Serious Crimes Investigation Sector at the Fier Police Department executed the order of the Fier Prosecutor's Office for the detention of citizen AG, 38 years old, resident of Fier.
The Fier Court has imposed the security measure "Arrest with imprisonment" on this citizen, for the criminal offenses of "Premeditated murder" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition."
The 38-year-old is suspected of having, in collaboration with his brother, citizen KG (currently in detention at the Fier Penitentiary Institution), on 07.12.2023, in the "16 Prilli" neighborhood, Fier, after a conflict for weak motives, fired a gun at a vehicle driven by citizen EJ, 41 years old.
