The Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, has ordered the placement in the special regime of the convict Albert Kupa (alias Ilir Kupa), who is serving his sentence for 6 different criminal offenses in Peqin prison. After this order, he will be transferred to the special regime (41/b).
The Minister of Justice warns that in cooperation with SPAK, other convicts will be subject to this regime. "We are determined to guarantee order and security in all prisons of the country, and any convict who breaks the prison regulations, or commits criminal offenses in prison by violating the order and security in IEVP, will be subject to this regime according to the law". In 2014-2015, this citizen was involved in the criminal activity of the "Santa Clauses" group, participating in several thefts/robberies, as well as giving percentage monetary values. Also, he was a person declared internationally wanted by the Greek state.
