It is learned that the minor has special abilities and is passionate about technology, and has no connection to criminal activity according to what the investigations have revealed.
His "targets" included the websites of the Parliament, the State Intelligence Service, and other institutions. He attempted to gain access to the emails of these websites and then block them.
