Pumpkins with white sauce

Ingredients :

3 zucchini
600 ml yogurt
3 eggs
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
Walnuts
A pinch of salt

Preparation :

We cut the pumpkins into discs, fry them and salt them later. Beat the eggs with the yogurt and flour. We put the pumpkins in the cream, leave them on the fire for a while, then adjust the taste and serve them with toasted bread.
