Oven-baked chicken and rice casserole

Ingredients :

1 medium chicken

1 dried onion

1 kg of rice

2-3 tbsp butter

Salt, pepper

Fresh dill

Preparation:

First, we put the chicken to boil in plenty of water. Then we sauté the finely chopped onion with a little butter. As soon as the onion turns golden, we add the rice and fry it a little. When the chicken is ready, we divide it into portions or leave it whole. In a large saucepan, we pour the rice, the chicken broth (about 2 liters), salt and pepper. We put the chicken, if desired, we can add a little chopped dill and bake it at maximum temperature.
