Accident in Shkodra, car hits 61-year-old man on bicycle

Police authorities report that the vehicle driven by citizen HV, 39 years old, hit citizen DP, 61 years old, who was traveling by bicycle.
As a result of the accident, it is reported that a 61-year-old man was injured, but his life is out of danger.
Police say the investigation team is working to clarify the circumstances and cause of the accident.
