Ingredients:

1 liter of milk
200 gr sugar
200 gr rice
4 eggs
150 gr chocolate
1 tsp baking soda or baking powder
Peel of 1 orange

Preparation:

Beat the egg whites into a meringue. Boil the rice in milk, add the egg yolks with the sugar and baking powder. Combine the two mixtures. In a pan, lay out kitchen paper, pour half of the mixture in the middle, lay out the grated chocolate and top with the other mixture. Place in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
