To feel more useful to Democrats and the undecided, should LaCivita have lobbied for the removal of Non-Grata and not with Berisha's supporters in Albania? And, moreover, is the American reality the same as the Albanian one for LaCivita to say in Albania what he said in the Trump campaign in the US?
LaCivita, of course, will not vote for Berisha here, but it is clear that his presence brings the idea that Albanians will forget the fact of his non-wife during this campaign.
For many of those who have seen the launch of the campaign and the way Berisha received him, and who believe that LaCivita is the strong pillar for the overthrow of Rama, from the DP with Berisha at the head, he should lobby as a " strategist " in America to remove Non-grata, then express unlimited American support.
But why does Albania need its electoral influence in the presence of Berisha? If Berisha is going to confirm his return to power with the support of the voters, he does not need any " Sheriff " of the world, but Albanians. This is also due to the fact that the presence of any " international ", even very close to the American President, no longer has the former power of the beginning of democracy, where foreigners had the power because they showed the opposite side of abandonment to dictatorship.
What could have been strong, especially when Rama promises the impossible, which does not depend on him, integration into the EU, the DP could have attracted more attention with the slogan - We make Albania!
But Berisha clearly seems to have suffered abandonment since he was declared Non-Grata, and therefore seeks to undo it with the presence of Trump's campaign co-strategist, who is important, but who, however, to date, has not been able to change Berisha's political reality, who enjoys invitations as the leader of the Democratic Party, but who continues to be far from meetings like Sali Berisha with internationals.
If an international, no matter how important in his country, becomes more important than the political leaders themselves, then this shows distrust in himself and in the people who think they will vote for you.
Moreover, the DP has a weapon against the citizens: Rama's impossible promise for 2030 in the EU, a promise that exceeds even the mandate for which the May 11 elections are held. And this promise by Rama comes after he has nothing to say for 12 years in government where Albanians only continue to leave this country, undermining what Rama's government says about development.
Then, there is one last question - When LaCivita said that the socialists imprisoned Berisha, the opposition leader, as happened with Donald Trump in America, does he consider SPAK to be controlled by Rama or a " criminal organization " as Berisha calls it? If so, then he has not read the support that his country continues to give to SPAK.
Undoubtedly, LaCivita's appearance on the campaign trail has excited many DP supporters. But will this support continue when he has no answer to the question that many journalists may ask: Why is Berisha's Non-grata status not being lifted?
