He hired Muçi Shaljani in violation of the law, the former director of AMP is being charged with the crime

Former acting director of the Police Supervision Agency, Artion Saliasi, has been charged in connection with the illegal recruitment within the AMP of Muçi Shaljani (Sheqeri), who was killed in a car with Gilmando Dani on November 11 after they left Rinas airport.

Saliasi was indicted after investigations by the Tirana Prosecutor's Office and the AMP for abuse of office.

Meanwhile, the director of the Support Services Directorate at AMP, Gëzim Sala, has been reinstated after the Appeals Court lifted his suspension from office about a month ago. Sala was acquitted of abuse of office, despite the Appeals Court reinstating him.
