They sold drugs to young people in two cities, the Saranda Prosecution Office

The Saranda Prosecutor's Office has completed investigations and sent 16 people to trial, who are accused of selling narcotics to young people.

The individuals are accused of the criminal offense of 'Production and sale of narcotics'.

The prosecution explains that after a year-long investigation using proactive methods, surveillance and wiretapping, it emerged that the defendants were selling narcotics in the cities of Saranda and Delvina, mainly to young people.

Three of the citizens sent to court are charged with the criminal offense of "Irregular driving" as provided for in Article 291 of the Criminal Code after it was proven that they were under the influence of narcotics when they were stopped," the announcement states.

The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Saranda completed the investigations and sent 16 people to trial for the criminal offense of 'Production and sale of narcotics' provided for by Article 283/2 of the Criminal Code, committed in collaboration more than once.

In the framework of criminal proceedings no. 647, after a year of investigations using proactive methods, surveillance and wiretapping, it resulted that the defendants were selling narcotics in the cities of Saranda and Delvina, mainly to young people. Three of the citizens sent to court are charged with the criminal offense of "Driving vehicles in an irregular manner" provided for by article 291 of the Criminal Code after it was proven that they were under the influence of narcotics when they were stopped.

As above, the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Saranda Jurisdiction sends 16 defendants to trial:

EH, for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics" provided for by Article 283/2 of the Criminal Code, committed in collaboration and more than once;

MD for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics" provided for by Article 283/2 of the Criminal Code committed more than once;

OA, for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics" provided for by Article 283/2 of the Criminal Code, committed in collaboration and more than once;

The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Saranda expresses its readiness to investigate and hold criminally liable all individuals involved in the illegal activity of selling narcotics.
