Exchange of fire from two vehicles, one dead and six injured in Tetovo

A 46-year-old man from Tetovo lost his life in an armed incident in Tetovo that occurred today at noon at the intersection of "Ilinden" street and "Bllagoja Toska" street in Tetovo, after an exchange of gunfire from two vehicles.
Witnesses who did not want to speak on camera said that everything happened very quickly and that the car from which the attack took off at high speed.
Two bystanders were also injured in the shooting. A 13-year-old girl with a leg wound was taken to the Tetovo Hospital, and an elderly man was transported to the Clinical Center in Skopje as an emergency.
"The vehicle that was headed towards the "113" road is a "Ford Fiesta" passenger vehicle with Tetovo license plates. During the check, it was found that these are deregistered license plates from the same vehicle, owned by the person EM (19) from the village of Gajre in Tetovo. During the measures, at the intersection of the "Bllagoja Toska" road with the "107" road, a "Volkswagen Golf" passenger vehicle with Tetovo license plates, owned by FR (46) from Tetovo, was found, while inside the vehicle a person was found dead with gunshot wounds," say the Tetovo Police Station.
The authorities are searching for the perpetrators, while unofficially it is suspected that the perpetrators have moved towards Jazhinca towards the border with Kosovo. Unofficially, it is a case of enmity between the rival Terziu families from Tetovo and a family from the village of Gajre. So far, as a result of the armed clashes there are several victims from both families.
