The fire situation in Gramsh continues to be very serious, with flames now spreading to another village.

The village of Kodovjat has also been engulfed by fire, the sixth village under the power of the flames.

Meanwhile, as firefighters work to extinguish the flames, the evacuation of residents has begun.

Specifically in the Elbasan region:

Kullollas – Gramsh – Aggravated situation, one loss of life has been reported. Residents have been evacuated. Due to the flames, several roads connecting the villages have also been blocked. Measures have been taken in the Gramsh municipality to shelter the evacuated residents.

Mukaj and Sojnik – Gramsh – Problematic situation. Over 150 forces are working to isolate the fire in the area with bushes and thorns. Intervention with 50 operational forces of the Armed Forces has been requested. Firefighting forces from Elbasan and Gramsh are also on the ground near the villages of Snosëm and Sojnik, accompanied by municipal employees and residents of the area.
