Caught selling drugs in a supermarket parking lot, Italian police arrest Albanian couple

Italian police in Bologna have cracked a drug trafficking case, arresting an Albanian couple implicated in this network.
The action took place in the parking lot of a supermarket on "Via Massarenti". The couple appeared nervous and this served as an indication for the officers to request a physical check of them and the vehicle in which they were traveling.
A total amount of 20 kg of marijuana and hashish was seized during this operation.
The car turned out to be registered in the name of an Italian, who had previously been arrested in a drug-related operation.
A few weeks ago, another person was found on a scooter registered in the man's name and caught transporting and possessing 13 kg of marijuana at home.
A search of the vehicle revealed 5 kg of marijuana in the trunk. Further searches were conducted at the Albanian couple's home, where another half a kilogram of marijuana was found, and at an unlocked garage, where keys were found in the car.
In the garage, rented in the name of the vehicle owner, another quantity of narcotics was found, totaling 13 kg of marijuana and with a total weight of 20 kg of seized drugs.
The Albanian couple is isolated in the police station's detention center, awaiting a security measure from the court.
