The 60-year-old man who was hit by a car yesterday evening on the Gjirokastër-Kakavijë road has died in hospital.
The accident occurred yesterday at around 10:30 PM, at the place called "Glina Crossroads", where a 29-year-old man hit a 60-year-old pedestrian.
The latter was taken to the Gjirokastra regional hospital but did not survive the injuries he sustained.
It is reported that the driver of the vehicle has been escorted to the police station for further investigative actions.
