Ekaterina Mizulina is rumored to be Russian President Vladimir Putin's new girlfriend, a UK-educated art historian described by the media as a "blonde, Barbie-like beauty".

According to a New York Post report, Putin was said to be romantically involved with Muzlina, who is 32 years younger than the Russian president.

Mizulina reportedly heads the powerful Kremlin-backed Safer Internet League and has been called Putin's "guardian of morality" and "censorship pusher."

"Katya Mizulina is completely in Putin's taste," Russian human rights activist Olga Romanova was quoted as saying by Ukraine's Channel 24.

The Russian president has been rumored for years to have had an affair with now 40-year-old former high school student Alina Kabaeva, and the pair are believed to have two or three children together.
