Border Police completes training with US International Investigation Unit, US embassy: We are committed to protecting national security

The United States Embassy in Albania announced through social media the completion of a specialized training with the Albanian Border Police.

According to the announcement, the embassy's International Investigation Unit focused on practical techniques for detecting illicit documents and strengthening risk assessment capabilities.

"By increasing our expertise and cooperation, we continue to strengthen our joint efforts against cross-border threats and remain committed to protecting our borders and national security," the embassy's post reads.

This training is part of a broader commitment to strengthen the capacities of the Border Police and ensure more effective coordination in the fight against illegal cross-border activity.
